Please return it clean:
We want our speakers to look their best at the next event. Please clean them after use at the beach or at outdoor parties—if they are heavily soiled, we will charge a cleaning fee of €75 per unit.
Can you rent SOUNDBOKS and Powerstations outside of Ibiza as well?
We have over 50 additional pickup locations throughout Europe – View all locations here. If we don’t have a pickup location in your city, that’s no problem either: We’ll happily ship our equipment right to your home. To do this, simply select „Shipping“ on the Booking Page. For more information, see the FAQ. So nothing stands in the way of hosting an event in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Rosenheim, Ingolstadt, or even a remote forest with a SOUNDBOKS or Powerstation.
How long does the battery last on the SOUNDBOKS?
That depends on the volume and the SOUNDBOKS model:
- At high volume, the battery on the SOUNDBOKS 3 lasts between six and eight hours, and on the SOUNDBOKS 4, between eight and ten hours.
- At maximum volume, the battery life of the SOUNDBOKS 3 is about four hours, while the SOUNDBOKS 4 lasts for six hours.
- After that, the battery needs to be replaced. We offer spare batteries at all our locations.
- With the NEW battery (USB-C) and a power connection, you can charge the device even while it’s in use. This extends the battery life to well over 10 hours!
- By the way, with the SOUNDBOKS Go, a standard battery lasts over 10 hours, while the NEW battery and power adapter provide over 18 hours of playtime.
What else do I need besides the SOUNDBOKS?
The SOUNDBOKS is plug-and-play and requires nothing else to work right away—perfect for most events. Depending on your plans, however, additional equipment might be helpful:
- Spare battery: For longer events.
- NEW Battery: For longer events with a power connection.
- Microphone: For announcements or performances.
- Cables: For connecting certain devices, such as controllers.
- Tripod: For optimal sound distribution and a professional look.
- Additional speakers: For larger events with 50 or more people or special requirements.
- Power stations: For power at outdoor events.

How do pick-up and return work?
Pickup is arranged on an individual basis and is generally available starting at 12:00 PM on the first day of the rental. The address and contact details will be provided with your booking confirmation. Returns are typically due by 11:00 AM at the latest to ensure that all rentals run smoothly. Upon request, the return time can be extended; however, returns must take place in the morning, especially on weekends, as the speakers are often rented out again on the same day. If you need the equipment until the afternoon, we recommend booking an additional day. We are also available for pickup and return on Sundays.🫡
